For over 25 years, founder Chrissie Rucker had the vision to launch a company that offered style white homewares at the highest quality but affordable prices. This was her vision behind The White Company. She aimed to provide customers with a seamless shopping experience, from beautiful stores to online shopping, to make all touch points offer a wonderful experience.

Delivery Options
There is a range of delivery options to suit your needs at The White Company.
UK Standard Delivery
- Get your order delivered within 3-5 working days
- £3.50 on orders under £50 or FREE on orders over £50.
- Standard delivery orders are delivered Monday-Saturday (excluding bank holidays)
Collect+
- Get your order delivered within 1-2 working days and collect at your convenience
- £3.50 on orders under £50 or FREE on orders over £50.
- Orders delivered Monday to Saturday (excluding bank holidays)
- Please note that some products may be excluded from the Collect+ delivery service.
Next Day Delivery
- Get your order delivered the next working day on orders placed before 4pm between Monday and Thursday.
- If you place your order on Friday, Saturday, or before 4pm on a Sunday, then you can expect your order the following Monday.
- Any orders placed after 4pm will be delivered within 2 days.
- Please note this service may not be available for remote postcodes.
- A signature may be required upon delivery.
Furniture Delivery
- You can get your furniture delivered for free in 3-4 weeks (for all stocked items) and made-to-order items in around 3 to 12 weeks.
- Orders will be delivered Monday to Saturday (excluding bank holidays).
- Furniture and mirrors cannot be delivered overseas.
The White Company Returns Policy
Returns to store - FREE
You can return your items to any of The White Company stores if you have your receipt or order confirmation email. If you purchased an item in-store, you could still return it via their Post/Courier service.
However, please note that any items ordered via PayPal cannot be returned to stores. Instead, you must post these items back using the returns department address.
Returns by Post/Courier
As we strive to become a greener company, we have moved to a paperless returns system.
You can use The White Company’s returns tool to arrange your postal or courier return. For this, you will need your email address and order number.
Tracked returns are available from £2.50. As soon as your return has been processed, you will be notified by email. Please note that this may take a few days while your order is processed at the warehouse. If you want to double-check that your order has been delivered, then you should use the tracking option available.
