How Do I Use My Dunelm Discount?

1. To claim our Dunelm NHS deal, you will need to be a member of Health Service Discounts. If you are not a member, do not worry - our sign up process is quick and simple.
2. Once you have signed up, simply sign in to your account via the Health Service Discounts website and search for the deal you are looking for.
3. Once you have searched for and clicked on the deal, simply click “Get Deal”.
4. Please note that you will be redirected to the retailer’s website after clicking “Get Deal” where the NHS deal will be applied. Therefore, every item you see will have the NHS deal applied.

The history of Dunelm starts back in September 1979 when Bill Adderley took on a stall with his wife Jean at Leicester market. On pitch number D45, Billy and Jean started their own textiles business with a range of products at great prices. They invested all their cash into ready-made curtains and M&S seconds and slippers. They had made a 600% profit within their first month. This was the making of Dunelm!

Dunelm Returns
If you decide that your Dunelm purchase isn’t what you are looking for then you have 28 days to return or exchange unwanted items. You will need your receipt or proof of purchase and the cardholder should be present to receive a refund.
However, if you want to return/refund an order then it needs to be in the original condition and remain unused. You will need all packaging and tags still in place.
Dunelm Delivery
Standard Delivery - £3.95
The quickest way to get hold of the goods you want is to head down to your nearest store.
However, if you have spotted an item online then there are a number of delivery options available to you.
Spend over £49 and you will receive FREE standard UK delivery (this excludes large items and furniture). Orders under £49 are eligible for standard delivery for only £3.95. Deliveries are available Monday to Saturday between 7am and 8pm.
Express Delivery- £5.95
In a rush to receive your order? Orders placed between Thursday 8pm and Friday 8pm can be delivered the following Monday.
Please note: This is only available on eligible items and the estimated delivery dates will be shown during checkout for individual products.
Furniture Delivery - £9.95
Get your furniture delivered on the day of your choice between 7am and 8pm from Monday to Saturday.
Make sure that you provide your mobile number so that the delivery couriers can get in touch with you if necessary. Dunelm will text you a 4-hour slot on your delivery day so you know when to expect your order!
Dunelm also has a new ‘room of choice’ delivery option where you can arrange for 2 delivery people to deliver a large item to your home.
