This initial plan has been curated by Starks Fitness to work around the busy schedules and tired bodies of those working on the NHS frontline. Factoring in multiple elements of wellness, the plan includes a workout that can be performed multiple times during the week along with some top tips for sleep, nutrition and stress management to provide staff with professional advice and support needed to maintain their health and wellness during this difficult time.
