Please can you first try to login with any email address you have access to / requesting a password reset email.
If you are still having trouble with your log in, please contact us making a note of the issue in the email and include your full name. This will allow us to check our system for your account and verify your details.
Once this is verified, we can update your email address if needed :)
Forgetting your password is easily done and happens to us all. But don't worry, we're here to help you reset your password and gain access to your account. :)
1) Click 'Sign In' then choose the option 'Forgot Password'.
2) Enter the email address linked to your member account. If you do not know this, please try with any email addresses you have access to and you will receive a password reset email. If you do not see this in your inbox, please check your junk / spam folder to locate the password reset email.
3) If you still haven't received the email, please contact us so we can provide a password reset link for you to use.
We're really sorry to hear you're having problems logging into your account.
Please contact us referencing the email address that you used to register with us, making a note of the issue in the email and including your full name. This will allow us to check our system, verify your details and resolve the issue.
We're sorry to hear you no longer wish to see emails from us. To unsubscribe from our emails, please follow the steps below -
1) Log into your member account
2) Click ‘My Account’ then ‘Email Preferences’
3) Click unsubscribe
If you change your mind in the future, you will just need to log in to your member account and opt to subscribe to our emails within the email preferences section.

We don't like to lose our members because we know you will miss out on great savings. If you do wish to leave our discount scheme and have your member data deleted, please email our Data Protection Officer from the email address registered to your member account at;
Please include your full name and details of your request.
This allows our Data Protection Officer to start the process needed to check our systems to verify your details, locate your account, and delete your data under GDPR.
