  • Please don't worry, you can still use our discounts if your profile isn't at 100%.

    To fully complete your profile, visit your account settings and complete the following:

    • Email address
    • Name
    • Member type
    • Insurance and utility renewal dates
    • Tell a Friend

    Providing this information is optional, it helps us to understand our members better in order to continually improve our service and get you best discounts possible.


  • Please can you first try to login with any email address you have access to / requesting a password reset email.

    If you are still having trouble with this, send an email to [email protected] making a note of the issue in the email and include your full name. This will allow us to check our system for your account and verify your details.

    Once this is verified, we can update your email address if needed :)

  • Forgetting your password is easily done. Thankfully, we are here to help you gain access to your account. If you have forgotten your password, then please follow these steps:


    1. Firstly, you need to click the ‘Sign In’ button and choose the ‘Forgot Password’ option.
    2. After clicking the ‘Forgot Password’ option, you will be asked to enter an email address linked to your member account. From here, you will be sent a password reset email with clear steps on how you can change your password.
    3. Sometimes, these emails can end up in your Junk/Spam, so make sure you check your Junk/Spam folder when searching for the password reset email.
    4. If you are struggling to change your password after following the steps provided, then please contact us detailing the issues you are having and your full name.


    Once you have provided information to validate your account, we can search for your account on our system, process your request, and help you change your password.

  • We're really sorry to hear you're having problems logging into our website.

    Please email our team at [email protected] from the address that you used to register with us, making a note of the issue in the email and including your full name. This will allow us to check our system, verify your details and resolve the issue.

  • We sorry to hear that you no longer wish to receive our emails. We like to regularly update our members with all of our best and new discounts in our email newsletters so that you don't miss out on any great savings.

    To unsubscribe, please use the link at the bottom of any email that you receive from us or log in to your member account to opt out of our mailing list.

    If this does not work and you continue to receive regular emails from us, please contact us with your request.

  • We don't like to lose our members because we know you will miss out on great savings. If you do wish to leave our discount scheme and have your member data deleted, please email our Data Protection Officer from the email address registered to your member account at [email protected]

    Please include your full name and details of your request.

    This allows our Data Protection Officer to start the process needed to check our systems to verify your details, locate your account and delete your data under GDPR.
