Returns
You have 14 days following the delivery of your item to notify Hotpoint that you intend to return your item. Hotpoint will then issue you a Returns Notification Number. You should include this in your return package. Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of returning your item, and once your item has been received at the warehouse, Hotpoint will process your refund.
