By entering this giveaway prize draw (the giveaway), you agree to be bound by and accept these terms and conditions and rules which are accepted as final. We reserve the right to qualify any entrant who doesn’t comply with the terms and condition.

1            About the giveaway and who runs it and may enter it

• We are We Are Discounts Ltd T/A Health Service Discounts and are the promoter of this giveaway (‘We’, Promoter or ‘Us’). It is not run jointly or in association with any of our partner brands, and we are solely responsible for the giveaway’s prizes, administration, determining legibility and dealing with any enquiries or complaints. 
• The giveaway is open to those of our members who are over the age of 18, subject to the exceptions and requirements below.
• You must be a registered member of Health Service Discounts to enter the giveaway.
• You must be resident in England, Scotland, Wales or the Channel Isles.
• This giveaway is not available to residents of Northern Ireland.
• You must not be an employee of We Are Discounts Ltd or of any of the partner brands connected with the giveaway or their family members or anyone else professionally connected with the giveaway.

• Upon our receipt of confirmation of your qualifying purchase you will be entered into our prize draw giveaway.
• We will only accept one entry per person or email address.
• The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants and check their identity.

• The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any loss, damage, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrant resulting from entering this giveaway or by the entrant’s acceptance of the prize.

• This promotion is governed by the laws of England and Wales and all entrants submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
• The prize is provided by We Are Discounts Ltd, registered address: Unit 3 First Floor Glass House Business Park, Glass House Road, Wigan, Lancashire, England, WN3 6GL.

2            How to enter the giveaway

• To enter the giveaway, you must firstly purchase your 2020 holiday or break via one of our partner offers, which must be for 3+ nights and can be with any of our partner brands.
• Entrants must enter their details and submit the form holding the details, this will automatically enter you into the prize draw. We need you to enter your holiday/break details so we can verify that you have made your booking via one of our offers.
• Members have until 10:00am on Friday 31st January 2020 to submit their details and enter the giveaway. Entries sent in through agents or third parties will not be entered into the giveaway.
• Proof of submission is not accepted as proof of receipt by us.
• We accept no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault, technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind nor do any partners connected with this giveaway.
• No incomplete purchases will be considered valid for entry into the prize draw giveaway as a result of any technical interruption, fault or site failure when attempting to make a qualifying purchasing online or for any other reason. We do not accept no responsibility for any purchases which are not completed for any reason nor do any of our connected partners.

• Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its partners, agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.

3            Winning the prize

• The prize is £2,500 cash
• The winner will be selected by a random draw on Friday 31^st January 2020 which will be performed by a computer process OR supervised by an independent person. The winner will be selected at random in accordance with the laws of chance using a random computer process.
• The winner will be contacted via the email address they enter on the entrant form and they must respond within 7 days of this. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim their prize within 7 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner from the original giveaway entrants. Our decision is final.
• The cash prize will be paid by BACS transfer to the winner’s bank account. We cannot make payment by any other means or to anyone other than the winner.
• Bank details will be checked and verified over the phone before the winning funds are transferred. The bank account must be with a UK clearing bank.
• We will endeavour to transfer the prize money to the winner’s bank account within 28 days but are not responsible for any delays in the banking system. The winner will be required to provide us with all the bank details and other information that we require, via email in order for us to process the transfer. Otherwise, the prize money will be paid via cheque, the process for which could also take up to 28 days.
• The prize for the winner is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no other cash or alternative prize is offered.
• As Promoter we reserve the right to substitute a prize of equivalent or greater value if this is necessary for reasons beyond our control.
• Our decision as Promoter regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
• The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
• The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.
• As Promoter we will either publish or make available information to all entrants that indicate a valid prize award took place. To comply with this obligation we will send the surname and county of major prize winners and, if applicable copies of their winning entries, to anyone who emails us on [email protected] or writes to We Are Discounts Ltd, Unit 3 First Floor Glass House Business Park, Glass House Road, Wigan, Lancashire, England, WN3 6GL (enclosing a self-addressed envelope) within one month after the closing date stated above. If you object to any or all of your surname, county and winning entry being published or made available, please contact us [email protected] . In such circumstances, we must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority and any other competent legal or regulatory authority on request.

4            Your information

• By entering the giveaway you (i) agree to give us your information (which will include Personal Data) to administer the giveaway and deliver your prize, all according to our Privacy Policy and (ii) agree to our obtaining from the relevant partner from whom you have made a qualifying purchase, if required, proof of that purchase i.e. the purchase of a 2020 holiday or break. 
• We will use the details that you enter and submit to check your booking was made via our site as a form of verification.
• The winner’s detail will be used and published to announce the winner has been selected in accordance with the Advertising Standards Authority rules.
• You can view our full Privacy Policy at http://healthservicediscounts.com/privacy-policy and current UK data protection legislation which applies in the UK.
• Your personal details will be retained for the purpose of the giveaway and will not be processed for any other purpose, unless you choose or have chosen to receive information from the Promoter. 
• Any personal details provided by you to any partner in relation to a qualifying purchase will be collected by them from you on their own behalf as data controller and you should check their privacy policy and/or any other applicable privacy notices provided by them for information about how they process your personal data. 

5. Agreement

• By entering this giveaway, the entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be (i) bound by and accept these terms and conditions and (ii) acknowledges the requirement to collect and use their personal data solely for the purposes of the giveaway in accordance with these terms and conditions.
• Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and our privacy policy and will not be disclosed to a third party except as set out in sections 3 & 4 of these terms and conditions.
