ODE GIVEAWAY TERMS AND CONDITIONS
We reserve the right to disqualify any entrant who does not comply with the terms and conditions.
Who runs the Giveaway and who may participate?
- Network Digital Marketing Limited T/A Health Service Discounts is the Promoter of this giveaway. Health Service Discounts and Sodexo Motivation Solutions UK are responsible for the giveaway’s administration, enquiries, or complaints. - The giveaway is only open to Ode Card holders. You must be a UK resident. Employees of Network Digital Marketing Limited, their family members or anyone else professionally connected with the Promoter are not eligible to enter the giveaway.
How to enter the Giveaway:
- The giveaway opens to eligible entries at 00:01 GMT on 16th April and closes at 23:59 GMT on 21st May 2022. Entries received before or after this date will not be included in the giveaway.
- All cardholders who shop and make eligible purchases over £25 using their Ode Card at any participating retailer during the promotion period (provided above) will automatically be entered into the giveaway. Full list of retailers can be found here: https://healthservicediscounts.com/nhs-cashback-card Entrants can enter as many times as they wish. Each eligible transaction counts as one entry. Exclusions may apply, so please visit your main cashback login site for further details. (To be eligible, each purchase must have a total value of £25 or more).
- The prize draw to select the winners will take place the week commencing the 23rd May 2022. All entries that meet the requirements will be placed into the prize draw whereby the winners will be selected from amongst all valid entries at random under independent supervision.
- The winners will then be contacted and asked for verification data, which includes their full name, contact number and email address, after which we will send the prize to them via email. Should Health Service Discounts be unable to contact the winner, or the winner does not respond within 7 working days, Health Service Discounts reserves the right to award the prize to an alternative winner, drawn in accordance with these terms and conditions.
- We accept no responsibility for not including entries that are incomplete, lost, delayed, late or not submitted because of any technical or other error outside of our control.
- Once the winner(s) have accepted the prize we will aim to load the £100 on to the winner(s) cashback card within 10 working days.
The prizes to be won:
- 4 x Health Service Discounts Ode winners
- Participants are eligible to win £100 loaded onto their cashback card.
- Winner can only win once therefore, if a participant is randomly chosen twice for a prize, another winner will be randomly selected.
- Prizes are non-transferable and non-refundable. No alternative is available. The Prize cannot be altered or amended by the winner.
- Should the winner accept the prize, they must confirm their acceptance within 7 days of receiving their winner’s notification. Should the winner(s) not accept or not respond within the 7 days, the Promoter reserves the right to offer the Prize to a reserve winner(s).
- The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Prize or any part of it for an alternative of equal or greater value if the Prize or an element of the Prize becomes unavailable for any reason whatsoever.
