Our retreat packages are fully-inclusive with all meals designed by top chefs to complement your specific training requirements and include locally sourced fresh produce and delicacies. Our daily training and activities programmes are hosted by our team of elite coaches and cover a wide range of options including HIIT, Strength & Conditioning and Yin Yoga. What you choose to do each day is completely down to you, whilst the leisure options are endless from kayaking on the river, to hiking the beautiful countryside or just relaxing in the infinity pool and jacuzzi.
