Acquisition campaign - £5 top up – November 2023
These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications. Participants should retain a copy for their information.
- The Promoter:Pluxee UK Ltd, Enigma House, The Park MK, Ortensia Drive, Wavendon, Milton Keynes, MK17 8LX and Network Digital Marketing Limited, Unit 3, 1st Floor, Glasshouse Business Park, Glasshouse Road, Wigan, WN3 6GL, T/A Health Service Discounts, Discounts for Teachers, Discounts for Carers, and Charity Worker Discount are the promoters. Pluxee UK Ltd will be solely responsible for the Reward Campaign administration, inquiries, or complaints.
- Eligibility:The reward is only available to the first 2,000 members who register for an ode cashback card during the Promotion period and subsequently activate their card by 23:59 14th December 2023. Anyone professionally connected with the Reward Campaign are not eligible to participate.
The Promoter does not accept any liability whatever for any issues caused effecting the promotion and or campaign as a result of network failures, system development, computer or telecommunications failures, any technical failures at any stage of the campaign and or fault of any kind.
- Promotion Period:The Promotion opens from 00:01 GMT on 1st November 2023 to 23:59 GMT on 30th November 2023. To qualify for the reward, members must create an account, successfully register for an ode cashback card during the Promotion Period and subsequently activate your card by 23:59 14th December 2023.
- Reward Campaign:The first 2,000 members who create an account, successfully register for an ode cashback card within the Promotion Period and activate their card by 23:59 14th December 2023 will receive a £5 top up to their ode cashback card.
- Reward: The first 2,000 members who successfully register for an ode cashback card within the Promotion Period and subsequently activate their card by 23:59 14th December will receive a £5 top up to their ode cashback card.
The top ups will be processed on or around 21st December 2023*.
Alternative rewards are not available; the Reward cannot be altered or amended.
To register for an ode cashback card, simply access the scheme appropriate ode cashback card hub via the links provided within the Useful Information section at the bottom of these Terms and Conditions. You must register with your work email address to allow us to validate your employment. If you’re a private carer, please register with your private email account and upload your letter from the Department for Work & Pensions when prompted.

The ode cashback card is free for the first 12 months. An annual fee of £2.99 per card is charged thereafter.
- Qualifying Selection:Those who have qualified for the Reward will be identified within 5 working days of the end of the Promotion Period.
- Qualifier Notification:All those who have qualified will be notified by email held on their account within 5 working days of the end of the Promotion Period. The Promoter has the right to validate all registrations and reject any not meeting all the Terms and Conditions as set out. Entrants are required to maintain up to date contact details in their account, and the Promoter accepts no liability if it can’t contact the selected user because they are not.
- Users Participating in the Reward Campaignagree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. The Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the application process, the operation of the Promotion or website, or to be acting in any manner deemed by the Promoter to be disruptive or in violation of the Terms and Conditions.
The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw this Reward Campaign at any time and without notice.
- All issues, questions, rights and obligationsin connection with this Reward Campaign, or any other legal matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English Law and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England.

*The Promoter will reasonably endeavour to have the funds available on your ode cashback card by this date, however this date is an estimate only and can change due to factors outside of our control.
