These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications. Participants should retain a copy for their information.
1.The Promoter: Sodexo Motivation Solutions U.K Limited, Avalon House, Breckland, Milton Keynes MK14 6LD and Network Digital Marketing Limited, Unit 3, 1st Floor, Glasshouse Business Park, Glasshouse Road, Wigan, WN3 6GL, T/A Health Service Discounts, Discounts for Teachers, Discounts for Carers, and Charity Worker Discount are the promoters. Sodexo Motivation Solutions U.K Limited will be solely responsible for the Reward Campaign administration, inquiries, or complaints.
- Eligibility:The reward is only available to platform users who purchase eVouchers to the face value of at least £250.00 throughout the month of August 2023 (can be across multiple transactions during this period) on the Voucher Platform. Anyone professionally connected with the prize draw are not eligible to participate.
- Promotion Period:The Reward Campaign opens to purchases from 00:00 GMT on 1st August 2023 to 23:59 GMT on 31st August 2023. To qualify for the reward, users must make either one or multiple eligible purchases of eVouchers equating to a face value total of at least £250.00 during this period.
- Reward Campaign:All platform users who purchase a face value total of at least £250.00 worth of eVouchers during the Promotion Period via the Voucher Platform will qualify. The £250.00 minimum spend refers to the original face value of the eVoucher not it’s discounted rate, e.g., if there was a 5% discount on a £250.00 eVoucher, and you pay £237.50, your purchase will still be eligible.
- Reward: All platform users who purchase a face value total of at least £250.00 during the Promotion Period will be rewarded with £25.00 on an ode cashback card. Users will receive £25.00 for every £250.00 spent within the Promotional Period. The value of the top up will be based on the purchase value within the Promotional Period. If you have spent £1,000.00 or more, the maximum top up is capped at £100.00. Alternative rewards are not available; the Reward cannot be altered or amended.
Existing ode cardholders: You will receive a top up based on your qualifying spend to your ode cashback card. This payment will be made on or around 15th September 2023*.
Non ode cardholders: to claim your reward, you’re required to register for an ode cashback card. The registration window will open at 09:30 on 25th August 2023 and will close at 16:30 on 6th September 2023. Once you have registered successfully, you will receive a top up based on your qualifying spend to your ode cashback card on or around 15th September 2023*. Those who register outside of this window will not qualify for the £25.00 top up.
To register for an ode cashback card, simply access the scheme appropriate ode cashback card hub via the links provided within the Useful Information section at the bottom of these Terms and Conditions. You must register with your work email address to allow us to validate your employment. If you’re a private carer, please register with your private email account and upload your letter from the Department for Work & Pensions when prompted.

The ode cashback card is free for the first 12 months. An annual fee of £2.99 per card is charged thereafter.
- Qualifying Selection:Those who have qualified for the Reward will be identified within 5 working days of the end of the Promotion Period.
- Qualifier Notification:All those who have qualified will be notified by email held on their Vouchers Platform account within 5 working days of the end of the Promotion Period. The Promoter has the right to validate all Reward claims and reject any claims not meeting all the Terms and Conditions as set out. Entrants are required to maintain up to date contact details in their account, and the Promoter accepts no liability if it can’t contact the selected user because they are not.
- Users Participating in the Reward Campaignagree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. The Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the application process, the operation of the Promotion or website, or to be acting in any manner deemed by the Promoter to be disruptive or in violation of the Terms and Conditions.
The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw this Reward Campaign at any time and without notice.
- All issues, questions, rights and obligationsin connection with this Reward Campaign, or any other legal matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English Law and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England.
