Thorpe Park Oktoberfest Stay - GIVEAWAY TERMS AND CONDITIONS 

By entering this giveaway, you agree to be bound by and accept these terms and conditions and rules which are accepted as final. We reserve the right to disqualify any entrant who do not comply with the terms and conditions. 

About the Giveaway and who runs it 

  • Network Digital Marketing Limited Trading as Health Service Discounts are the promoter of this giveaway. It is being run in association with Merlin Entertainments, but we are solely responsible for the giveaway’s administration, inquiries, or complaints.  
  • The giveaway is open to UK residents over the age of 18 except for employees of Network Digital Marketing Limited, their family members or anyone else professionally connected with the giveaway. 
  • You do not have to pay a fee or make a purchase to enter this giveaway. 

How to enter the Giveaway 

  • If you want to enter the giveaway, you can enter via our Facebook page by commenting on the competition post and following both the Health Service Discounts and Thorpe Park Facebook pages. 
  • The winner will be chosen at random by Network Digital Marketing Limited. 
  • The winner then be contacted and asked to provide their full name, contact number, email address and home delivery address (if applicable) for us to get the prize to them. 
  • The winner must be a member of Health Service Discounts. Our giveaways are for members-only, so please log in to your account, or register as a new member to be in with a chance of winning. 
  • We will accept no responsibility for any entries that are incomplete, lost, delayed, late or unable to be submitted because of any technical error or other reason. Proof of submission is not accepted as proof of receipt by us. 
  • The winner will be contacted by Health Service Discounts via Facebook messenger and email within 14 days of the closing date of the giveaway. Should Health Service Discounts be unable to contact the winner, or the winner does not respond within 7 working days, Health Service Discounts reserves the right to award the prize to an alternative winner, drawn in accordance with these terms and conditions. 
  • Prize could take between 3-6 weeks to arrive to the winner depending on the partner. 

Closing date 

  • Entries must be made before 23:59 on 28.08.2023 
  • Entries received after this date will not be included in the giveaway.

1 night stay in the THORPE SHARK Cabin must be used on a Sunday - Friday date during Oktoberfest which runs on selected dates between 8th September 2023 and 1st October 2023. Winner can confirm date of choice in this period once contacted, subject to availability. Maximum up to 4 people can stay in the THORPE SHARK Cabin. All elements of the prize must be taken at the same time. Theme park tickets must be used on the day of your overnight stay and the day following your overnight stay.  

The prize is non-transferable, not for resale, and there is no cash alternative. Thorpe Park Gold Annual Passes will be valid for 12 months and must be activated by 1st October 2023. Exclusions apply. Unless specified in the prize details, the prize does not include any other expenses incurred by the winner and/or their guest/s whilst at THORPE PARK Resort, including but not limited to travel, food and beverage, retail, and any other costs incurred. In the event the winner does not, for any reason, take the prize before the 1st October 2023, the prize will be forfeited by the winner, and cash or any other form of compensation will not be supplied in lieu of that element of the prize. The prize is offered by THORPE PARK Resort, and all terms and conditions relating to THORPE PARK Resort must be adhered to.

Your information 

  • By entering the giveaway, you consent to give us your information (which will include Personal Data as part of the giveaway) to administer the giveaway and agree that we can use it to announce the winner on our Blog and our social media pages, promote similar future giveaways and organise delivery of your prize, all according to our Privacy Policy at  https://healthservicediscounts.com/privacy-policy and current UK data protection legislation which applies in the UK. We will also share your information with Merlin Entertainments to organise delivery. 
  • This giveaway is open to UK residents only. 
  • The giveaway is limited to 1 entry per member. 
  • By entering this giveaway, the entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by and accept these terms and conditions. 
  • The winner agrees to the use of his/her name in any public material. Any personal data relating to the winner, or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party.
