NHS BIRTHDAY GIVEAWAY - GIVEAWAY TERMS AND CONDITIONS  

By entering this giveaway, you agree to be bound by and accept these terms and conditions and rules, which are accepted as final. We reserve the right to disqualify any entrants who do not comply with the terms and conditions.  

About the Giveaway and Who Runs It  

• Network Digital Marketing Limited Trading as Health Service Discounts are the promoter of this giveaway. It is being run in association with Parkdean, New Balance, LOOKFANTASTIC, The Fragrance Shop & Merlin, but we are solely responsible for the giveaway’s administration, inquiries, or complaints.   

• The giveaway is open to UK residents over the age of 18 except for employees of Network Digital Marketing Limited, their family members or anyone else professionally connected with the giveaway.  

• You do not have to pay a fee or make a purchase to enter this giveaway. We will never ask for any card details or payment information.  

 

How to enter the Giveaway  

• If you want to enter the giveaway, you can enter via the website by logging into your Health Service Discounts account and entering on the giveaway landing page.  

• The winner will be chosen at random by Network Digital Marketing Limited.  

• The winner will then be contacted and asked to provide their full name, contact number, email address and home delivery address (if applicable) for us to get the prize to them.  

• The winner must be a member of Health Service Discounts at the time of entry. Our giveaways are for members only, so please log in to your account, or register as a new member, before you enter, to be in with a chance of winning.  

• We will accept no responsibility for any entries that are incomplete, lost, delayed, late or unable to be submitted because of any technical error or other reason. Proof of submission is not accepted as proof of receipt by us.  

• The winner will be contacted by Health Service Discounts by email within 14 days of the closing date of the giveaway. Should Health Service Discounts be unable to contact the winner, or the winner does not respond within 7 working days, Health Service Discounts reserves the right to award the prize to an alternative winner, this will be redrawn up to 3 times in accordance with these terms and conditions.   

• The prize could take several weeks to arrive with the winner. This is usually between 3 – 6 weeks but could be longer depending on the partner and prize. 

• The prize may be substituted for a similar prize of equal or higher value in the unlikely event the originally advertised prize is unavailable.  

 

Closing date  

• Entries must be made before midnight on 09.07.2024   

• Entries received after this date will not be included in the giveaway.

• 1 x Family short break at Legoland Windsor 
  One night B&B in a standard Woodland Lodge at LEGOLAND Windsor resort, two-day entrance tickets to the -LEGOLAND Windsor resort & must be redeemed by 03.11.2024. Food & drink (other than breakfast), transport and insurance are not included in the prize. Subject to availability and must be booked at least 4 weeks prior to the arrival date. 
   

• 1 x Family short break at Alton Towers Resort 
  Overnight stay for up to 4 guests (2 adults, 2 children) in a standard room in the accommodation of the winner’s choice from Alton Towers Hotel, Splash Landings Hotel, CBeebies Land Hotel or a Woodland Lodge. Includes breakfast, extraordinary golf, and car parking. Prize must be claimed in the 2024 season. The following dates that the prize cannot be claimed on:

  - Saturday 27th July 2024 
  - Saturday 3rd August 2024 
  - Saturday 10th August 2024 
  - Saturday 17th August 2024 
  - Saturday 24th August 
  - Saturday 31st August 2024 
  - 8th – 10th November 2024 and Santa Sleepover event dates.  
  Prize excludes travel to the Resort. The prize is non-transferable, non-negotiable, not for resale and there is no cash alternative. 

• By entering the giveaway, you consent to give us your information (which will include Personal Data as part of the giveaway) to administer the giveaway and agree that we can use it to announce the winner in our marketing materials, promote similar future giveaways and organise delivery of your prize, all according to our Privacy Policy at https://healthservicediscounts.com/privacy-policy and current UK data protection legislation which applies in the UK.   

• This giveaway is open to UK residents only.  

• The giveaway is limited to 1 entry per member.  

• By entering this giveaway, the entrant is indicating their agreement to be bound by and accept these terms and conditions.  

• The winner agrees to the use of their name in any public material. Any personal data relating to the winner, or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party.
