PARK LEISURE- NHS BIRTHDAY GIVEAWAY TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By entering this giveaway, you agree to be bound by and accept these terms and conditions and rules which are accepted as final. We reserve the right to qualify any entrant who do not comply with the terms and conditions.

About the Giveaway and who runs it

  • Network Digital Marketing Limited T/A Health Service Discounts and the promoter of this giveaway. It is run in association with Park Leisure, but we are solely responsible for the giveaway’s administration, enquiries, or complaints. 
  • The giveaway is open to UK residents over the age of 18 except for employees of Network Digital Marketing Limited, their family members or anyone else professionally connected with the giveaway.
  • You do not have to pay a fee or make a purchase to enter this giveaway.

How to enter the Giveaway

  • If you want to enter the giveaway, you must enter via Facebook by doing what we ask you to do. This could be by liking the post, commenting on the post, or sharing the post.
  • The winner will be chosen at random by the Agora Pulse Contest.
  • The winner then be contacted and asked to provide their full name, contact number, email address and home delivery address (if applicable) for us to get the prize to them.
  • We will accept no responsibility for any entries that are incomplete, lost, delayed, late or unable to be submitted because of any technical error or other reason. Proof of submission is not accepted as proof of receipt by us.
  • The winner will be contacted by Health Service Discounts by commenting back to the winner on the post and then messaging them via Facebook within 14 days of the closing date of the giveaway. Should Health Service Discounts be unable to contact the winner, or the winner does not respond within 7 working days, Health Service Discounts reserves the right to award the prize to an alternative winner, drawn in accordance with these terms and conditions.
  • Prize could take between 3-6 weeks to arrive to the winner depending on the partner.

Closing date

  • Entries must be before Monday 12th July 2021
  • Entries received after this date will not be included in the giveaway. 

The prize

  • A free luxury weekend break.

Park Leisure T&C's:

  • Entrants must be 18 years and over. Maximum two entries per household permitted.
  • The holiday has no cash value and is non-transferable.
  • The prize is a 3-night weekend break: Friday - Sunday, or a 4-night midweek break Monday-Friday, in a holiday home sleeping a maximum of 4 persons, at any of the following Park Leisure Holiday Parks; Brynteg, Littondale, Malvern View, Par Sands or Pentire, subject to availability. Dog friendly accommodation can be offered, subject to availability.
  • Competition closing date is 31st July 2021, the winner will be drawn at random within 14 days of the closing date.
  • This win a break prize is to be taken between 01/08/2021 to 31/03/2022, excluding school holidays.
  • The prize is subject to availability and the Park Leisure terms and conditions.
  • The holiday is self-catering. Spending money on other items are not included in the prize.
  • Any extras not specified in the prize must be paid for by the winner.
  • *Some facilities, activities and entertainment are high season only.
  • Competition is not open to Park Leisure employees (the promoter), their immediate families, agencies, associates, printers or anyone professionally connected with the promotion are excluded.
  • The winner will be notified by email and their name and/or entry will be displayed on the Park Leisure website and social media channels, and may be used in future advertising.
  • The prize must be claimed within 28 days of notification. If the prize is not claimed within that time or the winner is unable to take the holiday we reserve the right to award the prize to another entrant without liability to the winner.
  • By entering the promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these rules and by the decisions of the promoter that are final in all matters relating to the promotion.

Your information

  • By entering the giveaway you consent to give us your information (which will include Personal Data as part of the giveaway) to administer the giveaway and agree that we can use it to announce the winner on our Facebook page, promote similar future giveaways and organise delivery of your prize, all according to our Privacy Policy at  http://healthservicediscounts.com/privacy-policy and current UK data protection legislation which applies in the UK. We will also share your information with Park Leisure to organise delivery.
  1. By entering this giveaway, the entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by and accept these terms and conditions.
  2. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name in any public material. Any personal data relating to the winner, or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party.
