Greggs Sausage Roll giveaway– Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications. Please retain a copy for your information.

  1. Network Digital Marketing Limited trading as Health Service Discounts, Discounts for Teachers, Discounts for Carers, and Charity Worker Discount (‘We’ or ‘ ‘Promoter’) whose registered office address is Huckletree Ancoats - Manchester Coworking & Office Space. The Express Building, 9 Great Ancoats St, Ancoats, Greater, Manchester M4 5AD is the promoter of this Giveaway (the “Giveaway”).
  1. The Promoter will be solely responsible for all administration, inquiries, or complaints relating to the Giveaway, which can be sent by email at [email protected] or by post at the above address.

Eligibility & Entry

  1. By entering the Giveaway, you (the ‘Entrant’) will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions and agreed to be bound by them.
  1. The Giveaway runs for 7 days from when you receive the invitation email (the “Giveaway Period”).
  1. To be eligible for the Giveaway you need not make any purchase, but must:
    • have received an email from us titled “Grab a FREE Greggs Sausage Roll 👀”. This will have been sent to the email address used to login to your account.
    • fulfill all the entry criteria outlined in the email, including:
      • click on a ‘Get Code’ or ‘Get Offer’ (‘Qualifying Offer Click’) from the Promoter (‘Network Offer’) during the Giveaway Period in accordance with clause 7.
      • Download the free Health Service Discounts/Discounts for Teachers/Discounts for Carers/Charity Worker Discount app and ensure notifications are enabled
    • be a registered and active member of any of the following schemes of the Promoter: Health Service Discounts, Discounts for Teachers, Discounts for Carers, and Charity Worker Discount (a “member”)
    • be a permanent resident of the United Kingdom, (excluding Northern Ireland)
    • be aged 18 years and above
  1. There is a minimum requirement of one Qualifying Offer Click per Entrant to enter the Giveaway
  1. A Qualifying Offer Click occurs when:
    • we are able to track a Qualifying Offer Click as having been made by you using the link in a Network Offer. Any attempted Qualifying Offer Click that cannot be tracked by us / attributed to you by us will not constitute a Qualifying Offer Click.
  1. Qualifying Offer Clicks can be made in respect of participating retail partners only. A list of participating retail partners can be provided in respect of any Giveaway Period by requesting the list from the Promoter by email addressed to the Promoter at [email protected].
  1. Each Qualifying Offer Click and any purchase(s) you may choose to make will be subject to the relevant retail partner’s privacy policy and by making a purchase of any goods or services from the participating retailer the Entrant is deemed to accept these including (in the case of any purchase) their terms and conditions.
  1. This Giveaway is not open to any employees or agents of any agencies or event suppliers or their families or agents or any other person officially connected with this Giveaway.

Giveaway Winner selection and notification

  1. Users will have 7 calendar days upon receiving the email to meet all the eligibility criteria. The deadline for completion will be stated clearly in the email.
  1. If you meet all the criteria at the point of the deadline, you will be notified and awarded the prize by the email held on your account within 7 days. The Promoter has the right to validate all prize claims and reject any claims not meeting all the terms and conditions. Entrants are required to maintain up to date contact details in their account.
  1. The Promoter’s decision is final and binding in respect of issues of eligibility for entry into the Giveaway, winner selection, prize selection and all matters relating to the Giveaway. Network Offers will be sent (or made available via the Promoter’s website) to all or any members in each Giveaway Period as may be determined by the Promoter in its sole discretion. The Giveaway may be discontinued at the end of any Giveaway Period in the Promoter’s sole discretion. No correspondence will be entered into.

Prizes

  1. Offer is only valid on:
    Sausage roll – Sausage Roll, Vegan Roll (Pork Free), Chicken Roll
    Any extras will be charged accordingly, and may be charged under a separate transaction.
    Unique valid code must be shown to a member of staff to redeem.
    One claim per user, per unique code.
    One code accepted per transaction.
    Offer cannot be exchanged, refunded or transferred or used in conjunction with any other offer or Greggs reward scheme
    Offer is valid to redeem between start date of each promotion, only. Any codes shown after end date of each promotion will not be valid or accepted.
    Screenshots or photos of codes will not be accepted.
    This offer is available to redeem majority of Greggs shops only, exclusions do apply.
    Offer is subject to availability and whilst stocks last. An alternative product may be supplied.
    Valid to take away.
    UK residents only.
    Greggs reserves the right to refuse/amend this offer in any way deemed appropriate.
    Excluded shops are those situated outside of the United Kingdom, Greggs Express and in MOTO forecourts, –
    Doncaster, Ferrybridge, Toddington North & South, Heston, Hilton Park, Lancaster, Southwaite North, Trowell, Leigh Del East & West, Knutsford, Heston East, Frankly North & South, Donnington Park, Trowell South, Wetherby, Sawtry and Rugby

Liability

  1. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits or excludes your legal rights as a consumer. For more information on your rights as a consumer, please contact your local Trading Standards Office or Citizens Advice Bureau.
  1. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits or excludes the liability of the Promoter (or that of its agents, retail partners, suppliers or that of their employees) for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other form of liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.
  1. To the extent permitted by law, and subject to clauses 16 & 17 neither the Promoter, its group of companies, agents, retail partners, suppliers nor their employees shall be responsible or liable to compensate any winner and shall not accept any liability for any loss, damage, death, or personal injury, including in respect of (without limitation): a) as a result of accepting a prize, b) any postponement or cancellation of the Giveaway; and c) any changes to, supply of or use of the prize.
  1. Neither the Promoter, its group companies, their employees nor their agents accept responsibility for entries that are lost, damaged, or delayed. For example, because of network, system development, computer or telecommunications failures, or fault of any kind - including any hardware, programming code, databases or software used in the Giveaway.
  1. Neither the Promoter nor its group companies, their employees or their agents shall be responsible for any claims arising from late or non-delivery or non-availability of any purchase from any retail partner or any product defects claims or claims of any description relating to or arising from any such retail partner’s acts or omissions. The Entrant’s sole remedy in relation to any such claims shall lie solely with the relevant retail partner.
  1. To the fullest extent permitted by law and subject to clauses 16 & 17 above the maximum liability of the Promoter for all or any claims whether in contract, tort, under statute or under any other legal theory arising from the Giveaway and/or any Prize claim(s) shall be limited to £1,000 in the aggregate.
  1. Entrants will have no claim or action whatsoever against the Promoter’s group companies, their employees, their agents, employees or agencies as a result of participating in the Giveaway.
  1. The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw or amend the Giveaway in the event of unforeseen circumstances outside its reasonable control.
  1. The Promoter, its group companies, their employees, and their agents do not accept any responsibility whatsoever for any technical failure, regardless of cause, including, for example, equipment failure, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind; which may restrict, delay or prevent the transmission or receipt of your entry or which may be regarded as spam or junk mail.
  1. If the Promoter has grounds to suspect any Entrant or third party of cheating, deception or fraudulent or un-sportsman-like conduct of any kind (including, without limitation, manipulating the Giveaway or any entry) the Promoter reserves the right (in its sole discretion) to disqualify any Entrant or entry it reasonably believes to be responsible for, or associated with such activity.
  1. The Promoter must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid prize award took place. To comply with this obligation the Promoter will provide the surname and county (only) of Prize winner(s) to anyone who writes to FOA: Network Digital Marketing Limited at Huckletree Ancoats - Manchester Coworking & Office Space. The Express Building, 9 Great Ancoats St, Ancoats, Greater, Manchester M4 5AD enclosing a stamped, self-addressed envelope within 1 month of the end of the Giveaway Period.
  1. If you object to any of your information, as set out above, being published or otherwise made available, please contact us by post at Huckletree Ancoats - Manchester Coworking & Office Space. The Express Building, 9 Great Ancoats St, Ancoats, Greater, Manchester M4 5AD, by email at [email protected] note that we are still required to provide such information and winning entries to the Advertising Standards Authority on their request.

General

  1. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of England & Wales and the courts of England shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim that arises out of or in connection with the Giveaway except that (i) residents of Scotland may also bring proceedings in Scottish Courts.
