• Terms and Conditions

  1. The Quintain Living Affiliate Offer (the Scheme) is available to individuals who are New Residents of QL (the Resident or Tenant).
  2. For completed reservations (with reservation payment received) from 1 January 2026, the Referral Gift is an Amazon.co.uk Gift Card or voucher to the value of £400, or other such gift card voucher or substitute that is deemed to be of equivalent value by QL.
  3.To qualify for the Referral Gift, the New Resident must submit an enquiry through the affiliate link provided via the affiliate platform, website, or app, which directs to our enquiry page on quintainliving.com. Enquiries made directly through the QL website without using the affiliate link provided by the affiliate partner will not qualify for the Referral Gift. QL reserves the right to grant, on a case-by-case basis, the Referral Gift where sufficient evidence is provided that the enquiry originated through the affiliate platform prior to reservation payment.
  4. The Referral Gift will be an e-voucher, we reserve the right to provide it in a different format.
  5.    The Referral Gift will be awarded to the New Resident within 60 working days of the New Resident’s tenancy term commencement date (i.e., the move in date).
  6.    The New Resident must reserve their apartment directly with QL (reservations via other agents will not be eligible).
  7.    Gift cards expire after 10 years from the date of issuance. The gift card must be used in accordance with Amazon.co.uk (or the Referral Gift’s retailer) terms and conditions. Restrictions apply, see amazon.co.uk/gc-legal.
  8.    The New Resident will not be eligible to receive the Referral Gift under the Scheme if they are already registered on QL’s database at the date of enquiry based on our acceptable criteria.
  9.    The Referral Gift will not be granted retrospectively for pre-existing, historic enquiries or ex-residents.
  10.   Where any dispute arises in connection with the Scheme, QL will have final judgement and discretion as to whether to award any Referral Gift.
  11.   The New Resident acknowledges that QL cannot be held liable for any loss or claim arising out of the use of the Referral Gift or any claims under the Scheme.
  12.   QL reserves the right to withdraw or change the Scheme at any time and without notice.
  13.   The Scheme cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
  14.   The Referral Gift is not exchangeable for any other gift and no cash equivalent is available.
  15.   The Scheme is not open to existing Quintain Living suppliers, businesses, employees, or corporate lets where the New Resident enters into a corporate tenancy agreement.
