1. To qualify for a New Customer reward you must: • have received
an invitation; • Open a Park Christmas Savings account and have
placed an order for Christmas 2022 (as either an agent or a direct
customer) with a minimum order value of £150
2. As long as you satisfy the stages set out within clause 1 above, we shall gift you either £15 credit against your order for Christmas 2022 upon the basis that you: • do not cancel your order for any reason, including having to cancel due to failing any necessary ID checks.
3. If you fail to satisfy the terms set out within clause 2 then the credit shall be removed from your account.
4. We reserve the right to substitute the credit for an item of equal or greater value and no cash alternative is available.
5. This scheme is restricted to a single credit of £15 per Park Christmas Savings account holder.
6. This scheme is only available to you and is not transferrable between accounts.
7. We will first apply payments received from you against order(s) and then apply the credit. If, at the end of the savings period for Christmas 2023, there is a credit on your account including all or part of the £15 credit (whichever is allocated to you), the credit amount shall be carried forward and applied against any orders for Christmas 2023. If the credit amount is not used against an order for Christmas 2023 it shall be removed from your account. The credit amount cannot be received as part of any redemption or refund.
8. Only one £15 New Customer Reward per customer
9. We reserve the right to terminate this scheme at any time and without notice. This will not affect any customer who was entitled to a credit under this scheme before the date of such termination.
