This Hotel Chocolat Gift Card is issued once payment is completed. Gift Cards are non-refundable, cannot be exchanged for cash (except where required by law) and cannot be used to buy other Gift Cards. Gift Cards can be redeemed online at hotelchocolat.com, in Hotel Chocolat UK stores and at their restaurants, but cannot be used in franchise, concession or third-party stores. Gift Cards can be activated with a minimum value of £5 and hold up to a maximum of £5,000. You simply enter the Gift Card number and PIN at checkout to use it; any remaining balance stays on the card for future purchases. The value on the Gift Card will expire if not used or topped up within 24 consecutive months of last activity. Gift Cards are excluded from all offers and discounts, including online and in store. You can top up your Gift Card in-store with a minimum of £5 and up to £5,000 total value.
