Offer is for new passes only. Merlin may request proof of employment/membership from the Employee to process the Booking. The Offer is not available on arrival at the Attraction. The Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, voucher or discounted entry. Merlin reserves the right to close any Attraction in part or in whole throughout the year without prior warning. All prices are subject to change and will vary depending on the day and time of the visit. Prices may occasionally be the same due to direct sales. Payment will be requested via the Website and all major credit cards are accepted. The cost of tickets will be inclusive of VAT at the prevailing rate. Following a successful Booking, Merlin will send to the Employee, within a reasonable period of time, an electronic ticket and details on how to redeem the electronic ticket. Redemption instructions must be adhered to by the Employee in order to gain entry to the Attraction. Tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded and are valid only for the calendar year in which the tickets are purchased and are subject at all times to the terms of the Offer. The Offer may be withdrawn at any time at Merlin’s discretion, without liability. However, in this circumstance, any tickets bought using the Offer before withdrawal will be honoured.
