loveholidays - GIVEAWAY TERMS AND CONDITIONS 

By entering this giveaway, you agree to be bound by and accept these terms and conditions and rules which are accepted as final. We reserve the right to disqualify any entrant who does not comply with the terms and conditions. 

About the Giveaway and who runs it 

  • Network Digital Marketing Limited trading as Health Service Discounts are the promoter of this giveaway. It is being run in association with loveholidays, who are solely responsible for the giveaway’s administration, inquiries, or complaints.  
  • The giveaway is open to UK residents over the age of 18 except for employees of Network Digital Marketing Limited, their family members or anyone else professionally connected with the giveaway. 
  • You do not have to pay a fee or make a purchase to enter this giveaway. 

How to enter the Giveaway 

  • If you want to enter the giveaway, you can enter via our Facebook page by commenting on the competition post and entering your details via the link in the giveaway caption. 
  • The winner will be chosen at random by loveholidays. 
  • Once the winner has been chosen, they will be emailed from a loveholiday employee and asked to provide their details for loveholidays to get the prize to them. 
  • The winner must be a member of Health Service Discounts. Our giveaways are for members-only, so please log in to your account, or register as a new member to be in with a chance of winning. 
  • We will accept no responsibility for any entries that are incomplete, lost, delayed, late or unable to be submitted because of any technical error or other reason. Proof of submission is not accepted as proof of receipt by us. 
  • The winner will be contacted by loveholidays by email within 14 days of 31st August 2023. Should loveholidays be unable to contact the winner, or the winner does not respond within 7 working days, loveholidays reserves the right to award the prize to an alternative winner, drawn in accordance with these terms and conditions. 
  • Prize could take between 3-6 weeks to arrive to the winner depending on the partner. 

Closing date 

  • Entries must be made before midnight on 06.08.2023 
  • Entries received after this date will not be included in the giveaway.  

The prize 

1 x 7 nights stay on a bed and breakfast basis for 2 adults at the Paradise Bay hotel, Mellieha, Malta. It is valid from 1 October 2023 to 30 April 2024 (subject to availability) excluding stays 23 December 2023 to 2 January 2024. Similar accommodation may be offered. 

  • The prize includes return standard economy class flights from any major UK departure airport (subject to flight availability) and private airport transfers to and from the hotel in Malta on arrival and departure. 
     
  • Extras such as leg room seats and luggage are subject to additional charge. If the winner or their guest has any accessibility requirements, it is their responsibility to inform the organiser as soon as possible. 
     
  • The prize excludes anything else other than stated (including without limitation your travel to the departure airport), travel insurance, vaccinations, visas or other travel documentation, departure or local or tourist taxes, meals other than breakfast, beverages, events, activities spending money or any other expenditure. The winner is responsible for arranging and bearing the cost of all other such elements in order to partake in the prize. 
     
  • Any amendments made to the prize, including but without limitation additional days, upgraded board or room type, and holiday extras, is at the expense of the winner, subject to availability and to the discretion of loveholidays, the airline and the hotel. 
     
  • A valid credit card will be requested upon arrival at the hotel to cover any incidentals and local taxes/charges and resort fees* that are not included as part of the prize. 

Your information 

  • By entering the giveaway, you consent to give us your information (which will include Personal Data as part of the giveaway) to administer the giveaway and agree that we can use it to announce the winner on our Blog and our social media pages, promote similar future giveaways and organise delivery of your prize, all according to our Privacy Policy at https://healthservicediscounts.com/privacy-policy and current UK data protection legislation which applies in the UK. We will also share your information with loveholidays to organise delivery. 
  • This giveaway is open to UK residents only. 
  • The giveaway is limited to 1 entry per member. 
  • By entering this giveaway, the entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by and accept these terms and conditions. 
  • The winner agrees to the use of his/her name in any public material. Any personal data relating to the winner, or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party.
