For this Prize Draw, we are in association with LOOKFANTASTIC solely as the provider of the prize. Network Digital Marketing Limited is solely responsible for the giveaway administration, inquiries, and/or complaints.
The giveaway is open to UK residents over the age of 18 except for employees of Network Digital Marketing Limited, their family members or anyone else professionally connected with the giveaway.
You do not have to pay a fee or make a purchase to enter this giveaway. We will never ask for any card details or payment information.

How to enter the Giveaway
To enter the giveaway, you can enter via the Instagram giveaway post on Health Service Discounts’ account, by following both @healthservicediscounts and @LOOKFANTASTIC on Instagram, liking the post and commenting on the giveaway post by tagging a friend.
The individual tagged in the giveaway entry does not automatically become a winner and does not need to be a Health Service Discounts member.
The winner will be chosen at random by Network Digital Marketing Limited.
The winner will be initially contacted via Instagram direct message or another reasonable method associated with the entry. Once contacted, the winner will be asked to provide their full name, contact number and email address (if applicable) via email for us to deliver the prize to them.
The winner must be a member of Health Service Discounts at the time of entry. The giveaway is for Health Service Discounts members only.
We will accept no responsibility for any entries that are incomplete, lost, delayed, late or unable to be submitted because of any technical error or other reason. Proof of submission is not accepted as proof of receipt by us.
The winner(s) will be contacted by email by Health Service Discounts within 14 days of the closing date of the giveaway. Should Health Service Discounts be unable to contact the winner(s), or the winner(s) do not respond within 7 working days, Health Service Discounts reserves the right to award the prize to an alternative winner. The prize will be redrawn up to 3 times in accordance with these terms and conditions.

Entries received after this date will not be included in the giveaway.
