Halfords & Oliver Bonas - GIVEAWAY TERMS AND CONDITIONS 

By entering this giveaway, you agree to be bound by and accept these terms and conditions and rules which are accepted as final. We reserve the right to disqualify any entrants who do not comply with the terms and conditions. 

About the Giveaway and who runs it 

  • Network Digital Marketing Limited Trading as Health Service Discounts are the promoter of this giveaway. It is being run in association with Halfords & Oliver Bonas, but we are solely responsible for the giveaway’s administration, inquiries, or complaints.  
  • The giveaway is open to UK residents over the age of 18 except for employees of Network Digital Marketing Limited, their family members or anyone else professionally connected with the giveaway. 
  • You do not have to pay a fee or make a purchase to enter this giveaway. We will never ask for any card details or payment information. 

How to enter the Giveaway 

  • If you want to enter the giveaway, you can enter via our website by logging into your account and entering the giveaway via the landing page. 
  • The winner will be chosen at random by Network Digital Marketing Limited. 
  • The winner will then be contacted and asked to provide their full name, contact number, email address and home delivery address (if applicable) for us to get the prize to them. 
  • The winner must be a member of Health Service Discounts at the time of entering. Our giveaways are for members-only, so please log in to your account, or register as a new member, before you enter, to be in with a chance of winning. 
  • We will accept no responsibility for any entries that are incomplete, lost, delayed, late or unable to be submitted because of any technical error or other reason. Proof of submission is not accepted as proof of receipt by us. 
  • The winner will be contacted by Health Service Discounts by email within 28 days of the closing date of the giveaway. Should Health Service Discounts be unable to contact the winner, or the winner does not respond within 7 working days, Health Service Discounts reserves the right to award the prize to an alternative winner, drawn in accordance with these terms and conditions. 
  • Prize could take between 6-8 weeks to arrive to the winner depending on the partner. 

Closing date 

  • Entries must be made before midnight on 15.12.2023 
  • Entries received after this date will not be included in the giveaway.  

The prize 

  • 1 x £100 voucher to spend at Halfords 
     
  • £150 voucher at Oliver Bonas 
    a) Oliver Bonas Gift Cards and E-Gift Cards are valid for two years from the date of the last transaction. Any remaining balance will be cancelled after that time. 
    b) Gift Cards and E-Gift Cards cannot be exchanged for cash. 
    c) Gift Cards issued in GBP can only be used in our UK Oliver Bonas stores and online at www.oliverbonas.com. Gift Cards issued in Euros can only be used in our ROI stores and online atwww.oliverbonas.com/ie and those issued in USD can only be used online at www.oliverbonas.com/us. All Gift Cards can be redeemed using the 16 digit card number and 3 digit PIN number. 
    d) Gift Cards and E-Gift Cards can be used with one other method of payment (debit / credit card or PayPal), and multiple Gift Cards can be used at the same time as a method of payment. 
    e) Refunds for online purchases made with a Gift Card and returned to the website will be placed back onto a new Gift Card, or if you’re an OB account holder, credited to your Account. 
    f) If you wish to return item(s) paid for by a Gift Card or E-Gift Card to one of our stores, you will be offered an exchange or credit note. 
    g) If you return a store purchase to our website, we will return the balance back to a new Gift Card. If you paid for your order partly by debit/credit card, the balance will be refunded to your original payment card. h) Gift Cards need to be retained until you are fully satisfied with your purchase. 
    i) Oliver Bonas is unable to refund lost, stolen or damaged Gift Cards. 
    j) Gift Cards and E-Gift Cards can be used towards the purchase of goods at a higher price than their face value upon payment of the difference. 

 

  • By entering the giveaway, you consent to give us your information (which will include Personal Data as part of the giveaway) to administer the giveaway and agree that we can use it to announce the winner on our Blog and our social media pages, promote similar future giveaways and organise delivery of your prize, all according to our Privacy Policy at https://healthservicediscounts.com/privacy-policy and current UK data protection legislation which applies in the UK.  
  • This giveaway is open to UK residents only. 
  • The giveaway is limited to 1 entry per member. 
  • By entering this giveaway, the entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by and accept these terms and conditions. 
  • The winner agrees to the use of his/her name in any public material. Any personal data relating to the winner, or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party.
