By entering this giveaway, you agree to be bound by and accept these terms and conditions and rules, which are accepted as final. We reserve the right to disqualify any entrants who do not comply with the terms and conditions.  

 

 

About the Giveaway and Who Runs It  

• Network Digital Marketing Limited Trading as Health Service Discounts, Discounts for Carers and Charity Worker Discounts are the promoter of this giveaway. It is being run in association with Merlin Entertainments, but we are solely responsible for the giveaway’s administration, inquiries, or complaints.   

• The giveaway is open to UK residents over the age of 18 except for employees of Network Digital Marketing Limited, their family members or anyone else professionally connected with the giveaway.  

• You do not have to pay a fee or make a purchase to enter this giveaway. We will never ask for any card details or payment information.  

 

How to enter the Giveaway  

• If you want to enter the giveaway, you can enter via our website by logging into your account and clicking ‘enter now’.  

• The winner will be chosen at random by Network Digital Marketing Limited.  

• The winner will then be contacted and asked to provide their full name, contact number, email address and home delivery address (if applicable) for us to get the prize to them.  

• The winner must be a member of Health Service Discounts, Discounts for Carers or Charity Worker Discounts at the time of entry. Our giveaways are for members only, so please log in to your account, or register as a new member, before you enter, to be in with a chance of winning.  

• We will accept no responsibility for any entries that are incomplete, lost, delayed, late or unable to be submitted because of any technical error or other reason. Proof of submission is not accepted as proof of receipt by us.  

• The winner will be contacted by Health Service Discounts, Discounts for Carers or Charity Worker Discounts by email within 5 days of the closing date of the giveaway. Should Health Service Discounts be unable to contact the winner, or the winner does not respond within 7 working days, Health Service Discounts, Discounts for Carers or Charity Worker Discounts reserves the right to award the prize to an alternative winner, this will be redrawn up to 3 times in accordance with these terms and conditions.   

• The prize could take several weeks to arrive with the winner. This is usually between 3 – 6 weeks but could be longer depending on the partner and prize. 

• The prize may be substituted for a similar prize of equal or higher value in the unlikely event the originally advertised prize is unavailable.  

 

Closing date  

• Entries must be made before midnight on Sunday 8th September.  

• Entries received after this date will not be included in the giveaway.   

 

The prize  

5 x Family Tickets to Elmer’s Autumn Adventure. 

• There are 5 tickets available and each family ticket is for up to 5 (2 adults & 3 children). 

• The prize cannot be refunded or exchanged. 

• Chessington World of Adventures Resort reserves the right to disqualify from the competition any entry it reasonable believes does not comply with these terms and conditions. 

• Competitions are open to all residents of UK mainland, except Merlin Entertainments employees and their immediate families, and anyone else connected with the creation and administration of the competition. 

• This prize is subject to Chessington World of Adventures Resort’s terms and conditions, which can be found at https://www.chessington.com/legal/terms-conditions 

• Tickets must be redeemed by 5th October 2024. 

• Chessington World of Adventure Resort’s decision is final - no correspondence will be entered into. 

• This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Twitter OR Instagram.
