Network Digital Marketing Limited Trading as Discounts for Teachers & Health Service Discounts (‘We’ or ‘Network’) whose registered office address is Unit 3 First Floor Glass House Business Park, Glass House Road, Wigan, Lancashire, WN3 6GL is the promoter (“Promoter”) of The Big Teacher/Prize Drop (the “Giveaway Promotion”).  

By entering the Giveaway Promotion, Entrants will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions and agreed to be bound by them and any other requirements set out in the materials relating to this Giveaway Promotion. 

The Giveaway Promotion runs from the 8th March 2025 (the “Start Date”) to 30th March 2025 23.59 (the “Closing Date”) or until the total number of prizes or gifts (“Rewards”) have been won - whichever comes soonest. Any attempted claim after the Closing Date will be invalid and ineligible for a prize or gift. The Giveaway Promotion will be hosted on https://www.discountsforteachers.co.uk/ & https://healthservicediscounts.com/  

To be eligible to play you need to be a registered and active member of Discounts for Teachers (www.discountsforteachers.co.uk) or Health Service Discounts (https://healthservicediscounts.com/)(“Member”), a permanent resident of the United Kingdom, (excluding Northern Ireland), aged 18 years and above, and have been sent an email from Discounts for Teachers or Health Service Discounts inviting you to play (“Invite Email”). Your Invite Email will contain a link requiring you to login to your Discount for Teachers or Health Service Discounts account, which will then provide you with a link to generate a Greggs code. 

A maximum of one (1) Greggs Free Sausage Roll or Vegan Sausage Roll will be granted per Member.  

This Giveaway Promotion is not open to any employees or agents of any agencies or event suppliers or their families or agents or any other person officially connected with this Giveaway Promotion. 
 

You can only play The Big Teacher/Prize Drop by clicking on the link in the email we have sent to you and clicking ‘Get Code’ on www.discountsforteachers.co.uk or https://healthservicediscounts.com/ to generate your Unique Sausage Roll Code. You will then be required to take a note of the code and take this to a Greggs store (exclusions apply, see list below) to redeem your Sausage Roll. 

Rewards available as part of this Giveaway consist of Gifts. Gifts available in this Giveaway Promotion will be strictly limited to the below volume, totalling up to 3,468 individual Sausage Roll Codes. Winning a Gift is not guaranteed during this Giveaway Promotion. Only the first 3,468 members to claim a code will receive a Sausage Roll code. It is possible that the total volume of Gifts available during this Giveaway Promotion may not be won due to lower than expected entries. An individual can only claim 1 single Gift per entry.   

Gifts are supplied by Greggs and the Promoter and are bound by the terms and conditions of Greggs as set out below 

The Promoter’s’ decision is final and binding in all respects on all Entrants and no correspondence will be entered into.  

The Promoter does not accept responsibility for entries that are lost, damaged, or delayed. For example, because of network, system development, computer or telecommunications failures, or fault of any kind - including any hardware, programming code, databases or software used in the Giveaway Promotion. Prizes do not include any costs incurred that are incidental to the fulfilment of the Prize or Gift, including but not limited to travel. 

Prizes or Gifts cannot be transferred, refunded or exchanged for a cash alternative. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute Gift (or any part of them) for a Prize(s) or Gift(s) of equivalent or greater monetary value if this is necessary for reasons beyond its control. 
 

Except in the case of death or personal injury arising from negligence, or in respect of fraud, the  Promoter, their group companies, their employees, and their agents exclude responsibility and all liability to the maximum extent permitted by law, including in respect of (without limitation): a) any postponement or cancellation of the Giveaway Promotion; b) any changes to, supply of or use of the prize; and c) any act or default of any third party supplier, which are beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control. 

Neither the Promoter, their group companies, their employees or their agents shall be responsible for any claims arising from late or non-delivery or non-availability of  

The maximum liability of the Promoter for all or any Claim whether in contract, tort, under statute or under any other legal theory arising from the promotion and/or any reward claim shall be limited to [£1,000] in the aggregate. 

Entrants will have no claim or action whatsoever against the Promoter, their group companies, their employees, and their agents, employees or agencies as a result of participating in the Giveaway Promotion. 

The Promoter reserve the right to withdraw or amend the Giveaway Promotion in the event of unforeseen circumstances outside their reasonable control. 

The Promoter, their group companies, their employees, and their agents do not accept any responsibility whatsoever for any technical failure, regardless of cause, including, for example, equipment failure, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind; which may restrict, delay or prevent the transmission or receipt of your entry or which may be regarded as spam or junk mail. 

If the Promoter has grounds to suspect any Entrant or third party of cheating, deception or fraudulent or un-sportsman-like conduct of any kind (including, without limitation, manipulating the Giveaway Promotion or any entry) the Promoter reserves the right (in their sole discretion) to disqualify any Entrant, entry or person it reasonably believes to be responsible for, or associated with such activity. 

The Promoter must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation the Promoter will provide the surname and county (only) of Gift winner(s) to anyone who writes to FOA: Network Digital Marketing Limited (Discount for Teachers & Health Service Discounts), whose registered office is at Unit 3 First Floor Glass House Business Park, Glass House Road, Wigan, Lancashire, England, WN3 6GL enclosing a stamped, self-addressed envelope within 1 month of the closing date of the draw. 

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of England & Wales and the courts of England shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim that arises out of or in connection with the Giveaway Promotion except that (i) residents of Scotland may also bring proceedings in Scottish Courts.

Where Gifts are third party products or service those third parties’ privacy policies will also be applicable, and acceptance may be a condition of receipt of the product or service.
