EUROCAMP - GIVEAWAY TERMS AND CONDITIONS 

By entering this giveaway, you agree to be bound by and accept these terms and conditions and rules which are accepted as final. We reserve the right to disqualify any entrants who do not comply with the terms and conditions. 

About the Giveaway and who runs it 

  • Network Digital Marketing Limited Trading as Health Service Discounts are the promoter of this giveaway. It is being run in association with Eurocamp, but we are solely responsible for the giveaway’s administration, inquiries, or complaints.  
  • The giveaway is open to UK residents over the age of 18 except for employees of Network Digital Marketing Limited, their family members or anyone else professionally connected with the giveaway. 
  • You do not have to pay a fee or make a purchase to enter this giveaway. 

How to enter the Giveaway 

  • If you want to enter the giveaway, you can enter via the Health Service Discounts Facebook page by commenting on the competition post. 
  • The winner will be chosen at random by Network Digital Marketing Limited. 
  • The winner then be contacted and asked to provide their full name, contact number, email address and home delivery address (if applicable) for us to get the prize to them. 
  • The winner must be a member of Health Service Discounts at the time of entering. Our giveaways are for members-only, so please log in to your account, or register as a new member, before you enter, to be in with a chance of winning. 
  • We will accept no responsibility for any entries that are incomplete, lost, delayed, late or unable to be submitted because of any technical error or other reason. Proof of submission is not accepted as proof of receipt by us. 
  • The winner will be contacted by Health Service Discounts by Facebook Messenger within 14 days of the closing date of the giveaway. Should Health Service Discounts be unable to contact the winner, or the winner does not respond within 7 working days, Health Service Discounts reserves the right to award the prize to an alternative winner, drawn in accordance with these terms and conditions. 
  • Prize could take between 3-6 weeks to arrive to the winner depending on the partner. 

Closing date 

  • Entries must be made before midnight on 21.10.2023 
  • Entries received after this date will not be included in the giveaway.  

The prize 

  • 7-night holiday for 2 adults and up to 4 children OR 4 adults at a European parc of your choice (subject to availability).  
  • Eurocamp reserves the right to exclude certain parcs. 
  • This prize is only applicable to Classic or Comfort range holiday homes. 
  • Holiday must be taken between 1st April - 1st November 2024, excluding 1st July -31st August 2024. 
  • Prize includes bed linen, welcome pack & beach towels for all party members. 
  • The prize includes a return P&O Dover to Calais ferry crossing for one car and passengers to the value of £55 (alternatively, you can book an accommodation only holiday). 
  • Payment will need to be taken if there are any additional costs from your travel   or holiday extras to your booking. 
  • Eurocamp reserves the right to change date and parc exclusions at any point. 
  • Groups may not be permitted on certain parcs. 
  • The prize is subject to Eurocamp Booking Terms and Con­­ditions, which can be viewed at www.eurocamp.co.uk/information/booking-terms-and-conditions 
  • The prize is subject to availability, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered. 
  • By entering the giveaway, you consent to give us your information (which will include Personal Data as part of the giveaway) to administer the giveaway and agree that we can use it to announce the winner on our Blog and our social media pages, promote similar future giveaways and organise delivery of your prize, all according to our Privacy Policy at https://healthservicediscounts.com/privacy-policy and current UK data protection legislation which applies in the UK. We will also share your information with Eurocamp to organise delivery. 
  • This giveaway is open to UK residents only. 
  • The giveaway is limited to 1 entry per member. 
  • By entering this giveaway, the entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by and accept these terms and conditions. 
  • The winner agrees to the use of his/her name in any public material. Any personal data relating to the winner, or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party.
