You can collect your items from 2:30 pm the day after you’ve placed your order if you spend £39 or more. If you spend less than £39 then you will be able to collect your order in 4 days. Home Delivery There are two services available for home delivery (on orders placed before 7pm):

Choose your delivery day - the day of your choice in the next 7 days

 

Pets at Home Returns

You can return an order to Pets at Home as long as the product is in its original and undamaged packaging.

You should also be sure to return the item to a Pets at Home store within a reasonable amount of time.

If you try to return a product that is damaged then Pets at Home can refuse to refund the item or deduct 20% of the original selling price from the refund you receive.
