This service is free for orders over £99 During busy periods, deliveries can take longer. Working days are Monday to Friday. This excludes bank holidays.

Deliveries may be attempted on a Saturday during busy times.

 

Next Day Delivery - £5.95

You can enjoy next-day delivery on all orders placed before 4.30pm from Monday to Friday. Orders placed after the 4.30 pm cut-off or over a weekend will be delivered on the next working day.

To return your order to FitFlop, any items must be in new/unworn condition in the same packaging box that you received it in.

It must have the same labels and swing tags on the box and you MUST have the original note or slip that contains your name and order number.

This helps them locate your order. FitFlop doesn’t do exchanges, therefore if you are looking for a replacement or alternative product then you need to place a new order and have your original item refunded.
