You can track your parcel using Boots virtual assistant, which is available via the bottom right-hand corner of their website. All you need is your order number to track the status of your parcel. Please note that if you order more than one product at a time, they may be dispatched in more than one parcel, so they may arrive at different times.

Returns

If you would like to return an item, there are two ways to do so. You can return your product in-store with confirmation of purchase.

To return your order via post, you will need to download and complete the returns form. You will need to include the form with the item (s) you want to return, and you can create a returns label with Royal Mail. Please make sure you ask for proof of postage and keep the receipt safe.
