1. These terms and conditions apply to your use of this £20 Voucher Code (“Code”). By using the Code, you are deemed to have accepted them. Any failure to comply with them may result in the Code not being honoured and you having an additional £20 to pay for your booking. You must be a member of Health Service Discounts to be eligible to use the code.
2. The Code can be used when you make an online booking through our (UKCaravans4Hire.com Limited) website www.ukcaravans4hire.com , provided that; (a) you make that booking between 00:01 on 18 November 2024 and 23.59 on 18 November 2025 ; and (b) your booking is for a holiday starting between 18 November 2024 and 31 December 2025 (“Relevant Booking”).
3. When you make a Relevant Booking and use this Code, you cannot; use the same Code twice; or use another Code (it’s one Code per Relevant Booking) or any other voucher code, discount or coupon.
4. You must remember to use the Code on a Relevant Booking at the time you make it. The Code cannot be applied after a Relevant Booking has been made or against any other existing booking. It cannot be used offline in any form.
5. In relation to what the Code is and how to use it: 5.1. Enter the Code into the 'Discount Code' box during checkout for your Relevant Booking; and 5.2. Upon entering a valid voucher code, you will be shown a confirmation message in the voucher code section, to state the discount has been applied. The discount will be shown as a £20 reduction to your booking fee in the Holiday price section of your cost breakdown.
6. At the time of booking, if you pay a deposit only, your discount cannot be used to reduce the cost of the deposit. When you are paying the balance of a holiday after an initial deposit payment OR are paying for your holiday in full at the time of booking, the discount will be applied to the booking fee element of your holiday price.
7. The Code is non-refundable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and is non-transferable (it’s to be used by you).
8. We will not accept responsibility for any Code that is lost, regardless of cause. 9. We reserve the right to suspend, cancel, or amend the Code where it becomes necessary to do so.
These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law, and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
